Description
Super easy 15 minute meal that's nutritious and healthy and yummy - Kimbap triangle, also known as tuna onigiri or samgak kimbap
Ingredients
- Tuna Can - 1
- Cooked Rice - 1.5 cup (use sushi rice)
- Seaweed - I used seaweed snack like this one since we always have this at home. If you want the individual ones that are packaged in plastic, then it will save your seaweed from getting soggy
- Mayo (I used Kewpie mayo to make the best taste) - 1.5 Tbs
- Sesame oil - 1.5 Tbs
- Sesame seeds - 1Tbs
- Furikake Seasoning
- Pepper - a little
Instructions
- Open your tuna can and add mayo and pepper and mix well together.
- Cook white rice based on instructions and add to the bowl. Add salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix well together.
- Using the tray (if you have it), add rice at the bottom and ensure all corners are all well covered.
- Add tuna (the amount depends on the try size) but more tuna you add, the more tastier it gets.
- Cover the tray with rice and put the top lid and push down gently.
- Sprinkle with furikake seasoning.
- Wrap your samgak gimbap with seaweed and enjoy!
