How To Create Killer Graphics Using Canva - One of the easiest and fastest ways to create Pinterest Graphics would be using something like Canva. I know there are other platforms such as Picmonkey out there. But from my experience of creating 100+ Pinterest graphics, Canva is by far the best tool! I used to create graphics using Photoshop. If you are everyday Photoshop user, then great. Maybe you can stick to Photoshop. But using Canva provides so many perks! It gives you so many ideas on the layout and it's easily accessible anywhere without having Photoshop on your computer. Everything is saved and when you log back into the account, it's all there, for you to use it again. I use Canva for Pinterest mainly but have used it to create email banners, email CTA buttons, Facebook covers, and instagram graphics. How To Create Killer Graphics Using Canva

1. Choose The Design You Want To Create

Canva provides so many options. When you sign up and login, the home page will look something like this:

You can either search what you are looking for in the search bar or browse through various options that they have. For example, when you click on the 'Pinterest Graphic', Canva will load a blank canvas like this:

2. Drag and Drop The Design Elements

The canvas will already be in the ideal Pinterest size of 735 x 1102 pixels. You can select from various templates that they have on the left hand side or start creating your own by dragging and dropping the elements.

I like to create template from scratch and upload my own photos. Or you can work with Canva templates that you purchased.

3. Save The Template

Once you create the pin, you may want to save it to use for other posts. Canva automatically saves the graphics you made. But if you want to make a copy of the template you created and start creating new pins by making changes to the title and photos without changing the original file, you can simply go to File > Make a Copy.

Canva will make a copy of the template. I like to rename the template so that I know what each were used for.
