5. Spicy Korean Chicken Thigh Marinade
If you are in for a slight bit of spiciness in your chicken, try this recipe that adds Korean gochujang. It adds perfect amount of kick.
For this meal, instead of pre-marinading the chicken, you would need to prepare the marinade in a separate bowl and grill the chicken first. Cook chicken in an air fryer at 200 F for 10 minutes each for each side of the chicken. (total 20 minutes)
And pour the marinade over the chicken and cook in air fryer at 180 F for 10 minutes each side.
Spicy Gochujang Chicken Marinade:
- 2 lbs of chicken thighs
- 2TBSP Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang
6. Oyster Sauce Chicken Marinade Recipe
If you are looking for a marinade that is full of flavor, this oyster sauce chicken marinade recipe is perfect for you. Oyster sauce adds depth and richness to the dish while balancing out the sweetness from the sugar.
Oyster Sauce Chicken Marinade:
